AFM’s Executive Director takes new position

Executive DirectorJulian Linnell PhD, Executive Director of Anglican Frontier Missions (AFM), has accepted a new call to serve as Minister of Missions at Park Street Church, Boston, MA starting this June. In his nearly seven year tenure as Executive Director, Dr Linnell has focused his efforts on mobilizing churches, mentoring individuals and sending missionaries to ethnic groups where there is little, if any, Christian witness in a region stretching from North Africa, through the Middle East to S.E.Asia. Prior to AFM, he served as a missions pastor, college professor, and cross-cultural missionary in S.E.Asia. The Board is currently conducting a national search for a new Executive Director.

Although we are sad to learn of Julian’s departure, we are grateful for his seven years of faithful service and know that God has good things in store for AFM. Anglican Frontier Missions was founded in 1993 in Richmond, Virginia by the Rev Tad de Bordenave. AFM’s vision is to see biblically based, indigenous churches multiplying in the twenty-five largest, least evangelized people groups on earth.  For information about the position, please click here.

AFM Board: Cynthia Darling, Rev. Dr. Richard Zalesak, Constance MacDearmon, Mr. Ed Hardy (CPA), Canon Dr. Patrick Augustine, Dr. Charles Echols, and Rev. Dr. Robert Munday.
